How To Maintain And Improve Your Wrap Results.

Nutrition is a very important part on any wellness program.

Make sure you are doing the following as you are wrapping to achieve long lasting results.
 
  • #1 Drink the water: 1/2 of your body weight in ounces. If you weigh 200lbs you want to drink 100oz of water each day.
  • #3. Stay away as much as you can of diet sodas, high sugar energy drinks, fried foods, etc.
  • #4. Because life happens and there will be a pizza night or a party then you want to make sure you don't mess up your wrap results. "The Fat Fighers" are great to take after a big meal because it will allow your body to metabolize the carbs and fats faster so that it does not stay in your body!   • #5. Skipping breakfast is a no-no. Your body needs to start burning calories as soon as you wake up. If you have a tendency of skipping breakfast (If you have coffee and a bagel that is not breakfast) I highly recommend a protein shake. You need the perfect carbs to protein ratio to get your metabolism going first thing in the morning. Then, eat some fruit and veggie or snack bar in between your biggest meals. Skipping meals in general is a no-no. Your body needs food for fuel and if you starve it then your body will store everything you put in it when you eat.   • #6. Exercise should be a part of your wellness program. Start with 30 minutes one day on your first 2 weeks, then the 3rd week you may want to do 30 minutes (2 times a week) and each week you will add a day until you get to working out (4 times a week). It does not matter if you are just walking outside around your block, going up and down the stairs, going to the gym or working out at home doing a fitness DVD.
